Paltamon Sydän (Heart of Paltamo) is a tourist centre, completed in 2005. It is located in Metelinniemi by Lake Oulujärvi in Paltamo. The distance from Kajaani is 38 km, from Oulu 146 km and from Helsinki 590 km. It only takes some 45 min to fly from Helsinki to Kajaani, from where you can conveniently transfer to Paltamo.
	RESTAURANT PALTAMON SYDÄN Completed in 2005, the restaurant interior is elegant and the terrace opens a spectacular view over the open water of Lake Oulujärvi. Guests are pampered with local delicacies such as deep fried vendace and pike-perch fresh from Lake Oulujärvi. In winter season, Paltamon Sydän is open to order. 	SAUNAS Downstairs in Paltamon Sydän, you can find separate saunas for men and women which are heated daily during the summer season. The use of saunas is included in the price of your round of golf.
